As long as you use the app, these scales tell you a whole lot about your body, from body fat % to muscle mass and a bunch of other stats. The app connection is easy and it's easy to use. It measures what it says it will quickly and easily.
But there is no way to sync the data to anywhere else: Google fit etc, or to export the data. I thought about giving it 3 stars because of that, but it wasn't claimed to integrate with anything and it's a good price The app connection is easy and it's easy to use. For people interested in tracking long term changes in weight, there are many smart scales out there. I have tried the expensive brands and have always felt they were severely overpriced.

Then comes this little beauty. Just $50 bucks and does everything the expensive brands can do. Almost the price for an “dumb” scale. Accuracy seems fine and honestly you get the same reading from scales that are four times this price. BMI, body fat, heart rate and weight—syncs to apple health so smoothly. Seriously shocked how good it is.

Do it. Buy it.

I bought these to replace my existing Mi Body Composition scales, as the old scales only sync to the Zepp Life app my new Mi Band 10 uses the Mi Fitness app instead.
Imagine my surprise when not only do these scales not support the Mi Fitness app, but there is absolutely no way to pull the data from the Xiaomi Home app into Google Fit or Mi Fitness.

Bought as upgrade to previous model but while it is more accurate and has more metrics, there is no option in the app to sync the data to Google fit. Amazing product. Literally gives you details on everything, tells you what you need to change or need to be aware of if something is wrong with your body. I mainly bought it for measuring body fat percentage and weight, and I can’t complain at all. Obviously I don’t think it will be 100% accurate for the body fat part because there are a lot of other factors that go into body fat percentage that a smart scale just can’t measure, but it seems pretty accurate. 5/5 Amazing product.
